Birth affirmations are a powerful tool to help you focus when you need it most.

Use affirmation cards to remind yourself how amazing you are, that you are safe, that you are loved, and that you and your baby together will soon meet.

It can feel incredibly awkward to start but with practice it will feel more natural so tape them up where you can be reminded every day in the lead up to your birth.

My affirmation cards can be personalised by colouring in or by adding positive trigger words.
